Brad Rumble (Executive Directive and President)

Mr. Rumble, NASPAA founder, has over 30 years of association experience. During his 22-year tenure with the National Federation of State High School Associations he served as assistant director. He has been involved with the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association for 30 years. He the founder, a current board member, and former executive director of the National High School Golf Coaches Association. He is an the recipient of the National Federation of State High School Associations Citation and is an Amateur Baseball Umpires Association Hall of Fame inductee.
Tom Busch (Secretary)

Mr. Busch is a Kansas City attorney, who specializes in sports law and serves as legal counsel to the Association. Besides NASPAA, Mr. Busch represents the National High School Golf Coaches Association, National Soccer Coaches Association of America, Negro Leagues Baseball Museum, and the Kansas City Sports Commission. He also does licensing work for the National Association of Basketball Coaches' College Basketball Experience/National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame.
Jeff Kurtz (At-large member)

Mr. Kurtz is the athletic director at Hudson Middle School and assistant athletic director of Hudson High School in Hudson, Ohio. He holds a bachelor's degree in Radio/TV Broadcasting and Journalism and a Master of Arts Degree in Athletics Administration from Kent State University. Mr. Kurtz has been a professional sports public address announcer for 27 years, and is the voice of the Kent State University Golden Flashes. He has served as the P.A.announcer for more than 50 Mid-American Conference collegiate championship tournaments and NCAA D-I playoff contests and events. His high school announcing resume includes numerous Ohio State High School Athletic Association State Championships and Playoffs. At the professional level, he is in his seventh season as press-box media announcer for the Cleveland Browns, and has served as the P.A. announcer for the Cleveland Indians.
Mark Mills (At-large member)

Mr. Mills is senior marketing consultant for Cumulus Media, Inc., in Columbia/Jefferson City. Cumulus Media is the owner of seven radio stations in the Columbia/Jefferson city market and 300 stations nationwide. Mark produces the Missouri Tigers Radio Network football broadcasts for Learfield Sports/Mizzou Sports Properties. For the past 27 years, he has been a public address announcer for various Missouri State High School Activities Association State Championships, and is a MSHSAA Distinguished Service Award recipient. At the local level, he announces high school soccer. His resume also includes the University of Missouri men's and women's basketball, and the 2000 Big 12 Track and Field Championships.
Mike McCartney (At-large member)

Mr. McCartney is the stadium announcer for the Kansas City Royals. He also works with the team's radio network producing and voicing advertisements and imaging elements. At the collegiate level, Mike announces University of Missouri-Kansas City Men's and Women's basketball, which are NCAA Division I programs and members of the Summit Conference. He is also a free-lance voiceover talent doing work for many radio stations and advertising agencies throughout the country.
