NASPAA to Redo Website
"After conducting an extensive search for a website design company to redo the NASPAA website, I am pleased to announce that the NASPAA has hired DH2 Solutions, a Raleigh, North Carolina-based technology firm, commented Brad Rumble, NASPAA Executive Director. "Our goal was to find a company that utilizes the latest technology and that we could trust to do the job the right-and we have done that."
Work is now under way. The new site will be designed to deploy in stages. Additionally, DH2 Solutions will develop, deploy and maintain a more robust and flexible web presence for the NASPAA. Design components for the new site will include enhancements and/or additions, including:
- Article Management
- Revised Registration
- Audio Library (live game/event announcements by NASPAA members)
- NASPAA Announcer of the Year award recipient audio clips
- Job Posting Board and Credentials Listing Service (for those who are looking for other announcing opportunities)
- Site Management Enhancements
- Message Board
- Monthly Survey
- New Member Feature
The design plans also call for special sections that will offer monthly tips from respected professionals on areas such as:
- Voice Training
- Safe Sport Zone (event security)
- Sports Psychology
- Sound systems and equipment
