Create Job Posting
Welcome to the NASPAA Job Posting Board. Schools or organizations that have a P.A. announcing job to fill may post the job on the NASPAA Job Posting Board by submitting a Job Posting Application Form online. There is no charge. An application form must be submitted for each job. The NASPAA reserves the right to reject application forms for jobs that it feels may be inappropriate or that do not meet the spirit of the Job Posting Board.
Each Job Posting Application Form after being received and approved by the NASPAA will then be posted in Members Only for 72 hours. During this time, only NASPA members will be able to view the job. After 72 hours the job will automatically be posted on the front page where it can be viewed by the general public.
Once a job is filled, the school or organization that posted the job shall inform the NASPAA. The NASPAA will then remove the job listing. A job may be posted for two consecutive weeks. Two days before a posting expires, the sponsoring entity will receive an automated alert about the posting. The sponsoring entity may extend the time its job is posted by visiting the website and completing the extension option for its Job Posting.
